Refund policy

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your Java Kai products, but we understand things happen. Should you feel a refund or exchange be necessary please do the following:

1. Email aloha@javakai.com and let us know the situation
2. Mail your item back in original condition and packaging to: JAVA KAI RETURNS 4-1384 Kuhio Highway, Kapaa Hawaii US 96746
3. Once we have item back in our hands we will email you

*Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility!*

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. 

Sale items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as coffee beans or food cannot be returned. We cannot refund sunscreens that have been opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
