All of our coffee is hand-roasted in small batches. We roast on a 15K Giesen Roaster, which was hand-built for us in the Netherlands.
Our Master Roaster, Aaron, and his side-kick Darrell are extremely serious about roasting. When they're not holding court at the Kapaa Skatepark or snaking kooks at Kealia, you can find them tinkering with roasts and blasting metal at our our secret jungle roastery!
