This is the first coffee we fell in love with after we installed our new roaster.  These buttery, sweet little beans are Guatemalan and Papua New Guinea.   Smooth, with hints of plum.   Mmmmm...  

We roast these to 438º at about 15 minutes.  

This is a true medium / dark roast and totally sexy

In June 2014 we installed our coffee roaster in the back of the shop.   It was hand-built for us in Sandpoint, Idaho by Diedrich Roasters.   We named her Carmen - and we will always love Carmen!
