This is the first coffee we fell in love with after we installed our new roaster. These buttery, sweet little beans are 100% Nicaraguan from the Jesús Mountain Farm. Smooth, with hints of plum. Mmmmm...
We roast these to 438º at about 15 minutes.
This is a true medium / dark roast and totally sexy.
Generally, we roast Monday and Friday mornings. If you're ever in town, feel free to peek through the back windows and watch us roast!
In June 2014 we installed a roaster in the back of our shop. It was hand-built for us in Sandpoint, Idaho by Diedrich Roasters. We named her Carmen - and we will always love Carmen!
